Resolution: Fixed
This was caused by a line that I had commented out to compile the code in JDK
1.4
This is a trivial fix and does not require regression testing for this module
nor impact any other module or Axis2 core code
The fix was to use the correct IOEventDispatch implementation for HTTPS
