BUG in service archiver plugin for eclipse of latest version (1.3)

Not able to archive the file using this wizard. it is not supporting properly ,
it wont give error or any thing it simply wont work .
it wont go forward if click on the next button .
when click the second time it will start proceding and once the Generate
service XML screen comes , it wont proceed will stop there.
somebody mention this issue earlier, they said , it is resolved in new version,
but not.
i am having the new version 1.3 of codegen and service archiver . the same
problem with this..
