When I invoke this URL http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/Version?getVersion
I get EPR not found:

The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is
/axis2/services/Version?getVersion and the WSA Action = null
</soapenv:Text>
</soapenv:Reason>
Why don't I get the version number? I'm also running into this road block with
my own web service.
