Resolution: Won't Fix
In Eclipse WTP Integration we have came to conclusion to skip validating the
axis2 jsp folder at the time of the dynamic web project creation.
The reason behind this is performance issue that when ever user needs a project
with the axis2 web services support and with the webapp console this validation
happen and it took some time. So I think it is reasonable decision that to get
user out of that since these are pre produced jsps by axis2.
