wsdl2java fail to generate files with multi part message

According to the http://www.w3schools.com/wsdl/wsdl_ports.asp the following
def. is valid:
<message name="newTermValues">
<part name="term" type="xs:string"/>
<part name="value" type="xs:string"/>
</message>

<operation name="setTerm">
<input name="newTerm" message="newTermValues"/>
</operation>
</portType >
But when running using wsdl2java got following errors: (Please note that same
definition worked with gSOAP and webSphere's parsers)
