Looking through the source for 1.4.1, the only place I see httpFrontendHostUrl
being used is in a .jsp (one of the admin pages?) I also saw documentation that
seemed to indicate this was supposed to have some effect on the WSDL, but
source-wise, I'm just not seeing it.
