WSDL2Java codegen wizard does not correctly validate wsdl

I am using the Axis2 codegen wizard and no matter what I specify the WSDL file
location to I get the "Next" button and it results in " Specified WSDL is
invalid!, Please select a validated *.wsdl/*.xml file on previous page." even
if a valid wsdl was specified.
