Can a WS-SecurityPolicy be configured on a particular message used by a
service? I've seen that the policy can be applied to a particular
operation by embedding it inside the services.xml description of that
operation, and assume the same can be done at the message level by using
<message> child elements - but an example would be really useful in
understand how to do this. The standard services.xml generated by
WSDL2Java doesn't include <message> elements in any cases I've seen.
