Now I understand: the pretty printer not only scans the source directory, but
the entire output directory. Since this directory may contain subdirectories
that are not accessible (permissions), there can indeed be an I/O error. This
is actually very bad because it also means that if the output directory
contains other Java files (and a Java pretty printer is configured), wsdl2java
will replace these files. A similar issue has been described in AXIS2-2947.
