It looks like all links to the zip-file are broken.
Steps to reproduce:
- http://ws.apache.org/axis2/tools/1_4/eclipse/wsdl2java-plugin.html
- on top of page click on [Download Plugin Tool] =
http://ws.apache.org/axis2/tools/index.html
- in the download column click on 'zip'
- click on the top link - was
http://apache.prosite.de/ws/axis2/tools/1_4/axis2-eclipse-codegen-wizard-1.4.zip
in my case
The link returns an 404 error
