Axis and Tomcat problem - "(401)Unauthorized"

Hi, there.

When I tried to deploy a service, I got 

FaultString: (401)Unauthorized

System Info: Apache 2.0.5.4  Tomcat 5.5.9  Axis: 1.3, Linux OS.

Any idea?
