If the WSDL is provided then
java org.apache.axis.wsdl.WSDL2Java NameOfWSDL.wsdl
will generate the necessary Java Stub classes so your client can access the 
Service..
(Assuming FLASH is publishing a REAL SOAP compliant Service)
