I am facing an error with axis 1.3. I have deployed an EJB service which works fine. Sometimes without making any changes or redeployments i get this error from the axis engine:

The problem usually solved by restarting the server (sun application server), undeploying and redeploying the application. Do you know the possible causes of this error?
