I also added xmlsec-1.3.0.jar and rahas-SNAPSHOT.jar and now it seems to
work (=> the rampart module loads, still have to check out
functionality).

Please add wss4j-SNAPSHOT.jar to the classpath. This is required by
axis2-security-SNAPSHOT.jar
