I am having issues trying to read in a properties file to my web service. I've attempted to read in the properties file using getResourceAsStream(), with no success. I was wondering if there was a certain way to read a properties file in using web services or Axis in particular. I am using Axis2.1 for my service, if you need any more information let me know.
