Unless you turn off REST explicitly from your axis2.xml you should be able to use REST with axis2. The default url pattern that axis2 uses is
axis2/services/{service name}/{Operation name} e.g axis2/services/version/getVersion Although this is the default its possible to do more complex stuff using WSDL 2.0 <http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/desc/>.
