Thanks a lot for your help. I can't get it work. I installed WSE 3.0 and I got the same messages.
First I believed, that there is a need for <wsaw:UsingAddressing wsdl:required="true" /> in the SOAP-Binding Element. But the wsdl.exe tool (WseWsdl3.exe says the same) says that the wsdl extension "UsingAddressing" will be ignored. But it is not so important. I will make some more investigations in .net.
