I would start by using the war distribution that you can get off the Axis2 web site. Get that working then get the context root issue working as I described. Then bring in your application.

HI, My application is not different from standard axis2 application. However, the issue is, it complains that /WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml is not found. But this file exists in alcms.war file and it is accessible. I copied axis2.xml from axis2 application to /WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml under my application. I modified web.xml for my application.
