Could you please log a JIRA with the exact scenario on this, I am trying out the Axis2 Service Archiver located @ http://www.apache.org/dyn/mirrors/mirrors.cgi/ws/axis2/tools/1_2/axis2-eclipse-service-archiver-wizard-1.2.zip and did not seeing any random behavior.
