Null Response at C# Client :: Axis 1.1.

Hi,
   
  I am getting Null response at C# client  (Visual Studio 2005).  The Web 
Service is
  on Axis 1.1. (RAD6)
   
  I am able to see SOAP request and response on the consol at server side
   
  Any help is appreciated.
