to which headers you get this.
you can disable addressing headers mustunderstand like this
clientOptions.setProperty(
AddressingConstants.ADD_MUST_UNDERSTAND_TO_ADDRESSING_HEADERS,
Constants.VALUE_FALSE);
but default is not to send.
