Did you change your xsd to have an xs:any element?
Try to call the OMElement toString() method.

toString does not work
toStringWithConsume does not work
Any of these methods either returns not-complete xml file or throws an exception:

I tried making a clone of the node, it does not work...
Ant the empty SOAPAction problem remains...
I hope I will not have to debug axiom and axis libraries...
