Oh now i see the reason for the confusion. You are using Axis (not Axis2).
The answer that was given by shehan is for Axis2. Sorry I'm not familiar
with Axis to answer your questions. If this is a new project that you are
involved in I would recommend using Axis2 instead of Axis.
