I also can not believe that jdk update solved the problem..But we did an 
exprieent.And tired everything step by step and finally updating the jdk solved 
it. Here in my office..If someone complians about the codegen plugin.

First I tell them do a maven build and get the latest from the repo.
Teh update your jdk.

Axis2 caused us to loose some open-source fans because of such interesting bugs 
:)
