There is a problem with WSTK 3.01. AXIS Beta1 is not backward compatible
with Axis Alpha3. They need to go back to the drawingboard to let WSTK speak
with Beta1.

You can use attachments in both RPC and Messaging styles. You have
such example in the Web Services Toolkit (WSTK) which you can 
download from IBM (they use Axis by the way).
