targetNamespace has changed reciently...

I reciently upgraded my Axis distribution from the 5/13/02 build to the 6/10/02 build, and have seen a change in the targetNamespace:

 

5/13/02 version:

targetNamespace="http://PreorderComponent.Birch.com"

 

6/10/02 version:

targetNamespace="http://10.38.128.63:38080/axis/services/CSRSessionHomeSOAP/axis/services/CSRSessionHomeSOAP"

 

Not only is this a bizarre change, but this change is causing my Axis client to break during initialization!

 

What should the targetNamespace be?
