1. Well why doesn't the "Validate the local
installation's configuration" link appear as stated in
the instructions?

2. Also the "View the list of deployed Web services"
link doesn't appear. The instructions state once the
link is clicked, I should be able to click on the
deployed Web Services. I don't have anything like
that. So doesn't that mean that it's not up and
running?

3. And I get the following error when I try Step 7:
