Chris, Enrique,  Thanks a bunch - it worked !!

Added the SOAPAction entry for custom HTTP header in the
registry and also had to clean up the CLASSPATH a bit with
old references to parsers.

While I'm at this, is it true that SOAP 1.2 spec. is going
to deprecate use of SOAPAction header - not sure why it even
is around.
