hello, i feel like a real idiot. i cannot seem to find instructions on how to start the server. i found in several places this comment on starting the server:
"This varies on a product by product basis. In many cases it it as simple as double clicking on a startup icon or running a simple command from the command line." but i am unable to find anything beyond that. Please forgive me if i am blind. i appreciate the help. -- ~darcy w. christ 1000camels
