WSDL2Java not reading from live internet URLs?

Hi,
When I use WSDL2Java to read a WSDL from an internet  URL, it times out
saying connection reset by peer. (java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
by peer: connect)
However, the same WSDL URL is available when visited through browser. What
might be wrong?
