Altering the XML

Hi,

I asked a similar question a few days ago, but apparently it might have been a touch too hard to parse or answer. I'll try to restate it in the simplest way:

- if I want to change the XML that Axis will output, where in Axis do I look?
and
- if I want to change the way in which the XML that Axis receives is read, where in Axis do I look?

Thanks in advance for your answers, if this is not the list to ask questions relating to programming with Axis I'd be happy to take my question to another place.
