Initialising parameter constructor

Hi,

I have a doubt on specifying the parameter argument to initialize my
service constructor.

Service serv = new Service(new QName("","serviceName"));

Here my service has a parameter constructor . To invoke that how to i
specify the arugument in this code.

Please your help is greatly appreciated.
