Sorry for asking this question to this place... it might be out of topic...
I have a SOAP service. I have packed it in a jar file and placed in the tomcat/webapps/axis/WEB-INF/lib directory. The service should access the myservconfig.xml file. Where should I place this file and how to access it? I have tried to put it in the jar archive (root level) and access it with Thread.getCurrentThread().getClassLoader().getREsourceAsStream( "/myfile.xml" ). But this returns null. Resource not found!!! I have also tried to deploy the app not as a jar but by copying the files in classes directory. And the myfile.xml in classes dir. The same result. Resource is not found!!! So where is tomcat looking for the resource? It should check at least the jar. But it does not!!! (it seems). Please give me some ideas or tell me how should I do that... And, if possible, as quick as you can... Tx alot dovle
