Sure. There it is (zipped in case .htc file are considered as security issues).
Not that much comments on the modification, but if you have any questions, feel free.
Not extensively tested against all type of Axis web service, but at least a couple for sure.

We did, but we had to fix some bugs in the webservice.htc beta 2 (something related to an hardcoded prefix for the soap encoding namespace, or something like that).
