hi all
i got a problem to use tcpmon.
each time i wat to start tcpmon, i got the
following output on the tcpmonitor.
"java.net.BindException: Address already in use:
JVM_Bind"
so i can't start tcpmonitor.
it seems that jvm has used this port number, but
it is the port (8080) i want to listen to.
any suggestion of this problem? thx a
lot.
