I've been using a gSOAP client, C++, with an Axis server in java.  They are successfully sending files back and forth as attachments.

Hi again,

The clinet is written in C++, the service is in java.  do you have any idea if there is a major issue when dealing with an attached files.
Since the example is written in Java Client and service.

Thanks,
Aria

Look at samples/attachments.
Attachdeploy.wsdd sends a file in both directions using RPC.
Testref.wsdd sends a set of files, both directions, using MSG.

The samples include a switch that lets you send the contents either in MIME or DIME.

Hi,
Does any one know how to attach a file to soap envelope..  perhaps an example will help me. I have a service which creates an XML file on the fly, and a client that request the file.

Thanks,
Arie
