It turns out that there was a bug in the Apache Axis code generation routine that does 
not capitalize class names that contain an underscore. Due to this class references 
such as Deltas_d3 were incorrectly recorded as Deltas_D3. And I would have to manually 
go into those files effected and change them. Specifically, the files that woulf be 
affected would be the deploy.wsdd and the SoapBindingStub file. I was using a beta 
version of Axis at the time. I'm not using classes with those names but I wanted to 
know if this problem was resolved in the release version.
