Is support for Doc/Literal stable in AXIS1.1?

Hi   I was wondering whether any one has developed a full fledged Web Service in document/literal using AXIS1.1.   I believe that with the kind of bugs AXIS1.1 (http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21687) has in document/literal, it is not at all possible to build a commercial web service applicaion in document/literal using AXIS1.1   I think doc/literal support in AXIS is quite unstable as opposed to RPC/Encoded support.   Does AXIS team taking any concrete actions in this regard?   thanks & regards, Naresh Agarwal
