I see a mailing in the axis-dev list title:
RE: web service invocations are failing

This looks like the same issue with the Weblogic appserver and some
other classes in the environment causing trouble.

Anyone know exactly which classes before I start hunting through my
app server?

What things could cause the HTTPSender not to be involved in the chain?
Im pretty sure that I can see the client-config.wsdd file getting loaded
from the axis.jar file. Had to add new debug and rebuild axis for that.
Has anyone else seen this?
