DIME apparently has a different mechanism for specifying attachments, see http://gotdotnet.com/team/xml_wsspecs/dime/WSDL-Extension-for-DIME.htm. In any case, none of the code generation tools are capable of making use of this information, as far as I know... -- Eric Jain
