handling fault in soap header

Hi

 

I'm using Soap header for session maintenace.

 

As mentioned by WSDL Specs [1], any fault with the soap headers should be indicated by a soap:headerfault element in the soap response header.

 

I want to ask if there is some fault in soap header, should server also send faultcode and faultsting element in soap:fault or server should just send the soapheader:fault element in soap response header?
