You can find instructions on how to integrate WASP into an existing Web app here:

You might want to ask further questions on the WASP discussion list: http://forums.systinet.com/

All,
Has anyone attempted to integrate WASP into an existing web app? I have to give all manner of credit to the Axis folk for making integration trivial -- and server-config.xml is clean and quite easy to understand. WASP seems to be a more full-featured web services development platform but integration hardly seems a trivial step.
To those familiar with WASP -- am I missing something? It would seem that I should be able to drop a few jars into web-inf/lib, add a servlet/servlet-mapping to web.xml and edit a config file for services I'm introducing and be ready to roll (such is the case with both GLUE and Axis) but the WASP docs make this appear to be inordinately cumbersome.
