Andrea, The WSDL for these specifications is in the process of being updated (the WSDL was originally published in mid-2002 and significant updates have occured in the tools and WSDL patterns since). I cannot commit to a timeframe for update of the standard, but updates to the WSDL are expected to be made available through the 3GPP input contribution process in January (same content for ETSI and The Parlay Group if you get content from either of these sources).
