namespace prefix for body elements

I have to develop a client and a server with a prefixed namespece for body elements. Somehting like that   <prefix:param prefix:vodb="http://namespace.org/" version="1.0"> ���������   <prefix:attr>value</prefix:attr> </prefix:param>   Where can i set this prefix to my client stub??
