I am wondering the newly web services specification can be implemented using the AXIS such as the ws-adressing and ws-policy?

Hi:
  I want to implement one system which needs the ws-addressing and
ws-policy , and I saw that there is one group working on the
ws-adressing in the apache, there is not completed yet. I don't know how
to implement the ws-policy, may be it is very easy using AXIS. I am a
newcomer to the AXIS. May be the questions sounds stupid, could you give
me some suggestions?
