I am trying to develop a message styled web service and was able to deploy a simple web service. But each time, I make changes to the web service I am forced to restart the server for the changes to take effect in the web service.
Did anyone had the same problem? If yes, how can we circumvent the overhead of restarting the server for the changes to take effect in the web service?
