500 error using axis 1.1 on OC4J

Hello,

I am attempting to install / run axis on Oracle's OC4J [10g (9.0.4.0.0)] 
but am having a few problems.

I can see the intro page / the deployed services, browse a few WSDLs, 
but when I try to see the happyaxis page I get a "HTTP 500 Internal 
server error" - no exception is thrown, nothing is displayed on the 
console.

Any have any experience running axis on OC4J? Any suggestions would be 
greatly appreciated since I'm at a complete loss..
