About the web service index

Hi,   I am working on a MSC project related the Web services. For testing, we have to implemented about 1000 services sample. Where can I find a service index? I have tried IBM's UDDI server, but there seems to be too "testing services". Could you introduce any reliable service index services to me?   I am sorry for this question is not really related to AXIS, but I can not find other place to post this question about web services.
