unable to determine the cause of axis fault

Hi,

I have a grid service deployed on Axis on my system, and have a client class to invoke a method. It is throwing AxisFaults at call.invoke and. The request method looks fine to me but I don’t understand why it gives the faults. I appreciate it very much if someone could take a look at this and let me know what might be causing the fault. I have deployed my service on Apache tomcat 4.1. The fault details are given below.
