John,   Normally when u deploy using the WSDD generated it should deploy the webservices, but in some cases it doesnt happen ( I dunno for what cases ) ..   So check ur server-config.wsdd file under AXIS and see if it contains the details of your deployed services. If not then copy the contents from <service> tag to <\service> tag(Including both) and paste it to your server-config.wsdd.
